Ideally, principals should be coaches, mentors, for example. Principals should have great problem-solving skills. Principals will preside over many significant conflicts between teachers, parents, and students. Educators must be available, with willingness to interact with others.

Professors cannot be isolated in an office, but rather collaborate with students and staff. Educators must be polite, and helpful. For instance, administrators, and professors must be involved in the school, and university they support.

Reputation

Students crave structure, and improvement. New and colorful instructions, that is inclusive, and adapted will show the best results. Among other factors a enviting campus offers:

An education reputation represents the extent to which it is perceived as effective with value through education, research, and innovation. Is college tuition getting out of control? We agree. Education should go hand in hand with an actual monetary investment. University should be a path towards, an enriching adult life. Therefore, higher education that is effective, and affordable is the ideal education for all.

Rating Rubric:

The following are the criteria for each rating, along with the number of points that can be earned for each criterion:

Teaching and Learning

Intellectual Humility
  • Willingness to be wrong and to be corrected by students (10 points)
  • Teaching students to think for themselves (10 points)
Flexibility
  • Willingness to adapt instruction to meet the needs of all students (10 points)
  • Availability and willingness to interact with students (10 points)
Reputation
  • Positive culture and reputation (10 points)
  • Diversity, equity, and inclusion (10 points)
Affordability
  • Affordable tuition and fees (10 points)
  • Financial aid and scholarships available (10 points)

The total number of points for each rating is calculated by adding up the points earned for each criterion. The rating with the highest total number of points is the final rating for the education or institution.

For example, an education or institution that earns 10 points for teaching and learning, 10 points for intellectual humility, 10 points for flexibility, 10 points for reputation, and 10 points for affordability would have a total of 50 points and would be rated as "Effective."

This point system can be used to evaluate the effectiveness of education at any level, from early childhood education to higher education. It can also be used to evaluate the effectiveness of individual educators, schools, or school districts.
